Administrative Resource Options is looking for an Account Manager
The Account Manager performs site-specific operational functions as determined by ARO and the client. Responsible for the overall
livelihood of the account — overseeing day-to-day operations, training and developing staff, building client
relations, and managing administrative paperwork. This is a working management position.
Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities
- Performs all functions and duties of an Office Services Associate, as applicable
- Addresses and facilitates the resolution of employee questions and problems
- Initiates and leads special ARO projects and teams in conjunction with management
- Trains, develops, and motivates all staff at the site
- Supervises all staff at the site
- Enforces the company's quality standards
- Processes administrative paperwork, data collection, and information gathering
- Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
- Maintains a clean and organized account
- Supervises 1–5 staff
Minimum of two years of previous management experience required. Previous industry experience is helpful but not
required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
Required qualities: customer-service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, selfmotivated, and a strong team player.
Physical Demands
Must be able to perform light-to-medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies. Requires a
large amount of time spent standing and walking
Skills Required
