We are looking for a driven and curious Account Management Intern to join our team in Finland. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner management, commercial development, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing tech company. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, supporting a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners and contributing to their growth on the Wolt platform.
What you’ll be doingDay-to-day in this role you’ll:- Partner Support: Assist Account Managers in managing a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners, helping with follow-ups, meeting preparation, and ongoing communication.
- Performance Analysis: Support in reviewing partner performance data (e.g. orders, conversion, visibility) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Commercial Support: Help prepare materials and insights for commercial discussions, product introductions (such as Wolt Ads or Wolt+), and periodic business reviews.
- Operational Coordination: Support partners with day-to-day operational questions and collaborate with internal teams to help resolve issues efficiently.
- Product Adoption: Assist in tracking adoption of relevant Wolt products and identifying partners who could benefit from additional tools and services.
- Field Visits & Relationship Building: Join partner meetings and occasional restaurant visits together with Account Managers to better understand partner needs and strengthen relationships.
- Feedback & Insights: Collect feedback from partners and share observations with the team to help improve processes, tools, and partner experience.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and being in their last year of studies.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proactiveness: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to new priorities as they arise.
- Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, analytics tools etc.
- Interest in Account Management: Motivated to develop skills in partner management, relationship-building, and long-term business development.
