Job Description
- Assist Commercial Team on team operations and ad hoc tasks supporting
- Regular phone conversation with external parties is expected
- Conduct regular web searching on restaurant vendor and competitor status
- Review the sales operational procedure by performing periodic quality checks
- Go the “extra mile” to contribute to high impact projects
- Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies
- Responsible to update day-to-day tasks and deliver insights to line manager and the team
Qualifications
- Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week
- Open to undergraduate student
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, including word processing
- A proficient communicator, strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
- Basic phone conversation etiquette
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility under specific timeframe makes you an ideal match for our motivated team
- Knowledge in the use of MS Office and Salesforce will be an advantage
