What You’ll Do:
- Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients in addition to driving merchant retention across cohorts, ensuring targeted transaction value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.
- Design, monitor, and control PDS while creating user education, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Manage the Support team by setting targets, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct client meetings, analyze data to identify patterns and solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders for cross-departmental initiatives.
- Evaluate customer potential, convert leads into sustainable corporate users, and reactivate churned clients.
- Oversee app-based banner placement aligned with running campaigns

What You’ll Need:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in account management
- A proactive, passionate, and detail-oriented mindset with strong self-initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business contexts.
