JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Renewal process cycle: Assembles schedules, exhibits and narrative documents; prepares pre-renewal presentations, assembles binders, drafts letters within varying client renewal dates.
- Issues Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Automobile Insurance Identification cards within designated systems; this may include reviewing/updating endorsements, contracts and other documents with Account Manager.
- Coordinates with part-time Cert Processors for COI coverage (if applicable).
- Maintains and organizes all stored documents in designated electronic system and updates all databases as needed.
- Maintains workflow process and quality assurance standards within Graham guidelines.
- Prepares and sends correspondence on behalf of team members.
- Handles telephone calls, monitors emails and mail and overnight documents.
- Schedules appointments including catering needs, maintains calendars, handles travel arrangements and submits time and/or expense reports for team.
- Understands necessary technology systems. This includes scanning and printing.
- Attends meetings relating to position and coordinates unit’s team meetings.
- May pursue professional designations to support job related knowledge.
- Performs various other duties and projects as needed including assisting other units, billing, loss summaries, updating specs, processing and keeping track of policies, assisting with check listing, and other tasks.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma required with 3+ years of administrative experience.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Above average spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High level of organizational ability and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be proactive and work independently.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Graham standard computer applications.
- Regular and predictable attendance in accordance with the limitations and reporting procedures established by The Graham Company from time to time.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $50,400 to $65,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
