Job Description

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Business Development and Strategy Building: Identify new business opportunities and build impactful strategies for Ads on Apps in the Sulawesi Region.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to execute strategies and design effective advertising campaigns.
  • Client Relationship and Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, provide ongoing support, and manage accounts.
  • Market Analysis and Sales Reporting: Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need

  • Educational Background and Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or FMCG industry.
  • Start-Up Experience and Business Planning: Previous experience with Start-Up companies and familiarity with Join Business Plan Process.
  • Sales Performance and Communication Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills and Teamwork: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Digital Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and understanding of CPM, ROAS, Cost of Impression and Cost of Order.
