Account Lead Mining (Senior Level)

ERM is seeking a Account Lead Mining to join our consultancy team in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for target accounts in the Andean Region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Drive business growth and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee major proposals and contract negotiations.
• Represent ERM in mining-related forums and events.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial track record in the mining sector.
• Strong network within the Andean mining industry.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or client-side roles.
• Strategic mindset with client development expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
