As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners. You will work closely with airlines to launch new products, optimize and grow existing solutions, and develop new opportunities that drive both business growth and enhance the traveler experience.

You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management, working directly with airline stakeholders to ensure our fintech products align with their business objectives and success metrics. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical ability to navigate complex airline ecosystems and deliver impactful results.

What would your day-to-day look like:

  • Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.

  • Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines. This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners’ goals and success metrics.

  • Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.

  • Product Implementations: Lead product implementations and delivery for diverse accounts, including project and stakeholder management, maintaining documentation, executing user acceptance testing and issue triaging.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.

An ideal candidate has

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Someone who can build trust with partners and internal teams through clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

  • Ability in vibe coding/ prototyping products/ features or workflows with AI tooling like LLM (Claude, Gemini, Chatgpt, etc)

  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus.

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. The ability to communicate effectively with ME and NA partners and stakeholders is crucial.

      🇴🇲 Contractor Disclosure: Oman 🇴🇲

      This position is offered as an Independent Contractor role based in Oman, supporting the Hopper Cloud / HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) business unit. The successful candidate will engage with Hopper as an independent service provider and will not be considered a legal employee under the Oman Labour Law (Royal Decree 53/2023). As Oman requires expatriates to have local visa sponsorship (Kafala), the contractor is responsible for ensuring they possess the legal right to work as a freelancer or through their own established business entity. The contractor is solely responsible for managing all local tax, social insurance obligations, and compliance with 'Omanisation' requirements where applicable. This engagement is governed by a commercial service agreement and does not provide eligibility for company-sponsored benefits, statutory end-of-service gratuity, or paid leave typical of a standard sponsored employment contract.
