KOCO-TV, Hearst Television’s ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City, OK, has an opening for an Account Executive. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to local businesses, developing and executing data-driven, multiplatform marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll leverage the power of broadcast, streaming (CTV/OTT), digital, CRM systems and AI-enabled tools to help clients grow and compete in today’s evolving media landscape.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue and build long-term client partnerships through multi-platform advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by selling integrated TV, digital, and multi-platform advertising solutions
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Manage and grow an active book of business through ongoing client engagement
- Develop strategic, data-informed marketing solutions using audience insights, CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and AI-enabled tools
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client objectives
- Negotiate pricing and maximize revenue across accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and overall team performance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience (media, digital, or related field)
- Proven success in new business development

- Experience using data, analytics, or AI tools to support business decisions or sales efforts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform in a goal-driven environment
- Experience working directly with decision-makers
- Strategic mindset with focus on results
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Team-oriented approach
- Related military experience will be considered
- Valid drivers license required
