Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across all available platforms (broadcast, digital, and streaming)
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through active outreach and client engagement
- Develop customized, strategic marketing solutions for clients
- Create and present compelling, data-driven sales proposals aligned with station strategies
- Negotiate rates, impressions, and packages with both local clients and agencies
- Establish and grow long-term client partnerships
- Manage and grow an active account list while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client results
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven success in media, digital, or consultative sales (preferred: 2+ years)
- Strong track record of new business development and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in a client-focused, consultative sales environment
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, performance-based culture
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience working directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to leverage research and insights to drive sales strategy
- A collaborative team player with a competitive edge
- Related military experience will be considered
