Account Executive – (Cybersecurity / Channel Sales)
We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive growth across Queensland, with a strong focus on existing customer expansion, partner engagement, and new business acquisition.
This role suits someone who already has established relationships across the Brisbane and broader Queensland market, and is confident selling through channel and distribution partners.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a Queensland-based territory, developing both new business and existing customer opportunities
- Leverage existing relationships with Brisbane/QLD customers and partners to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity
- Drive revenue through a channel-first sales approach, working closely with partners and distributors
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Present Darktrace’s AI-driven cybersecurity platform to CIOs, CISOs, and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver compelling demos and Proofs of Value
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, established networks across Queensland customers and partners
- Proven success selling via channel and distribution partnerships
- Minimum 6 years B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity and/or cloud
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into complex or regulated environments is highly regarded
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
