We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing SaaS sales team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be selling haku’s Fundraising Technology to nonprofits by running full sales cycles, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. This role requires a results-driven individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our company’s success. A background in fundraising or tech sales to nonprofits is preferred, but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive revenue for haku, selling haku’s fundraising solutions to nonprofits and owning the full sales cycle from start to close
  • Generate new business with expert hunter-mentality through outbound prospecting activities, nurturing inbound leads, and cultivating new relationships through networking and conferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert, uncovering the challenges in your prospects’ businesses and mapping haku’s solution to their needs
  • Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual goals and earn incentive-based compensation accordingly
  • Own sales activity and quarterly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
  • Collaborate internally and cross-functionally with our Customer Experience team, Product team, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven experience owning the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Experience running MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales motions, including qualification using metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, decision processes, champion development, and competitive positioning.
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive decision-makers and cross-functional buying committees.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline, including opportunity qualification, next-step management, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience selling solutions with annual contract values ranging from $20K–$150K+ ARR.
  • Experience selling at conferences, industry events, and through outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
