What You’ll Do

  1. Own the Hunt: Drive outbound sales through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to fleet owners, trucking companies, and shippers.
  2. Build Pipeline: Prospect aggressively, qualify leads, and book highvalue demos.
  3. Close Deals: Present and sell Trucker Path’s Navigation & Driver App, hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  4. Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion.
  5. Be the Face of Growth: Represent Trucker Path in meetings, events, and virtual demos with decisionmakers.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  2. Proven record of hitting/exceeding quotas through cold calling and outbound efforts.
  3. Resilient & tenacious – you don’t get discouraged by “no.”
  4. Excellent communication skills; confident in pitching to executives.
  5. Self-driven, competitive, and hungry for success.
  6. Experience in SaaS / Vertical AI, logistics, trucking, or navigation tech = big plus.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas through cold calling and outbound efforts
  • Confident communication and ability to pitch to executives and present demos
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to handle rejection
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by targets
  • On-site in the Philippines
