How your day-to-day in this role will look:
- Prospecting to acquire new leads in the global Car Rental, Leasing, and Car Subscription industries through database acquisition, participation in trade events, client referrals, and more
- Reaching out to new leads to turn them into deals through outbound sales
- Getting highly efficient at converting deals into closed sales
- Mapping prospect stakeholders by identifying decision-makers, champions, and influencers, defining USPs per deal, and drafting a plan to close
- Managing your full sales cycle from prospection to closed deals
- Laying out a clear strategy to reach your annual targets
- Proactively identifying areas for sales process optimization and improvement
- Working with the tech team to flag market specifics and propose improvements such as new modules, functionalities, and integrations
Requirements
You will be a perfect fit if you have:
Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in outbound sales
- Previous experience in SaaS, Tech, Software, or Car Rental industry / Mobility is mandatory
Hard Skills
- Being resourceful and gifted with great ownership while managing different deals
- Not being afraid to pick up the phone or travel to go meet prospects and being resilient is indispensable
Mindset
- Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to suggest and pitch new ideas
- People-person who loves to collaborate in cross-country and cross-team projects
Cultural Fit
- Fast-growing start-up would be a big plus but not mandatory
- Great interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spanish or French would be a plus)
