Your Opportunity: Taylor Print and Visual Impressions (TPVI), a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth and success within the Greater Las Vegas market. This role is all about relentless expansion—whether it’s acquiring new accounts, growing existing client relationships, or leveraging strategic partnerships.

We’re looking for a proven sales leader with established connections in marketing, sourcing, and procurement at enterprise and mid-market brand owners. If you have experience in commercial print, direct mail, signs and graphics, or labels and packaging, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic market planning and business development.
  • Build and execute Account Plans to deepen relationships and expand offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and deploy winning client strategies.
  • Close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop your expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in commercial print, direct mail, signs and graphics, or labels and packaging.
  • An existing portfolio of relationships with the ability to convert $1M+ in revenue within the first year.
  • self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for double-digit growth.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise and mid-market brand owners.
  • Skilled in consultative selling; proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of sales strategy.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
