Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on supporting business development efforts through client outreach, lead generation, and early-stage sales activities. You will work closely with senior sales members to identify opportunities and help grow the company’s B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective B2B clients through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify new business leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with senior sales members to drive new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and help nurture prospects through early sales stages.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client-facing roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
