Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Orange County, CA. 


You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals and recommend solutions that help organizations optimize print and document workflows, reduce costs, secure documents, and support sustainability initiatives.


From industry-leading office solutions to advanced software solutions including eBRIDGE® Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, Digital Signage, and partner offerings, you’ll help customers find the right solutions to support their business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling office technology, print management, and software solutions
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, self-generated leads, and marketing-generated opportunities
  • Manage and grow a defined territory while building strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions that align with their business needs
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate reporting, and awareness of industry trends and market opportunities using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in a B2B (Business-to-Business) sales environment or an understanding of how a business operates internally
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Valid Driver's License

 

Earn Well

  • $65,000 first year earning potential, $38k base salary and $12,000 in guaranteed commissions ($1,000 paid monthly for the first 24 months)
  • $12,000 annual bonus opportunity at 100% of quota attainment, paid monthly
  • Uncapped transactional commission opportunities, including $250 per new client acquired and monthly MPaaS stream
  • $3,600 annual car and phone allowances, paid biweekly
