Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships in the DACH region from our Munich office. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative, strategic selling within the IT and software landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the DACH market.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities while expanding key accounts within the region.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop deep expertise in Kaseya’s product portfolio and clearly communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate pipeline updates, forecasting, and sales activity reporting to leadership.
  • Represent Kaseya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence in the DACH region.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or Account Executive role, preferably within IT, SaaS, or software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
