About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic professional who excels at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategic partnerships — someone who can drive enterprise adoption of cutting-edge AI and computer vision solutions while building a high-performing AWS co-sell engine. You'll own two connected mandates: (1) consultative, enterprise sales — translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business cases for prospects and clients — and (2) AWS alliance development — sourcing, qualifying, and driving net-new opportunities through the AWS Partner ecosystem (ACE) to fuel tier progression and pipeline growth. This is a hybrid sales + partnerships role for someone equally comfortable in a client boardroom presenting a solution architecture and in a co-sell call with an AWS account manager building joint pipeline.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Account Management
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Develop, write, and present business cases tailored to client needs.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Identify high-impact AI and computer vision use cases; help design custom solutions and drive implementations that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead proof-of-concept discussions and technical workshops.
- Develop custom AI solution architectures aligned with client objectives.
- Support business analysts with technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
- Serve as technical liaison between clients and engineering teams; collaborate with product and engineering to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
AWS Alliance & Co-Sell (ACE) Management
- Build and maintain relationships with AWS account managers and the broader AWS partner sales organization.
- Source AWS-originated and partner-originated opportunities; qualify and log them accurately in ACE.
- Maintain 3.3× qualified-pipeline coverage in support of a 20-launched-opportunity quarterly target.
- Run joint GTM and co-sell motions in alignment with the CRO's revenue plan.
- Drive assessment-led demand — WAFR, FinOps, Security, and AI Readiness assessments — into qualified pipeline.
- Report AWS-sourced vs. AWS-influenced revenue as distinct, clearly tracked streams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in client-facing sales, consulting, cloud/technology business development, or a related product role — AWS co-sell experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Track record sourcing and qualifying B2B technology opportunities and consistently hitting pipeline targets.
- Experience with enterprise software sales cycles (6–18 months) and a demonstrated record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams and translating technical capabilities into business value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills; CRM discipline is a must.
- Comfortable working US-overlap hours to align with the CRO and AWS account teams.
- Fluent, persuasive written and spoken English.

- Experience selling assessments or managed services
- Vertical expertise (FinServ, Public Sector, Retail)
- Technical background in CS, Engineering, or Data Science
