This is a high-visibility Account Executive role within dentsu Creative, supporting a portfolio of well established, category leading brands known for strong market presence and fast-moving, high expectation work.

You will be part of a team that manages always-on, integrated campaigns across creative, digital, and production, where speed, clarity, and execution discipline matter as much as the quality of thinking behind the work.

This is not a passive coordination role. You will be expected to own day-to-day delivery flow, drive internal alignment, and ensure work moves from brief to execution without friction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of integrated campaigns across creative, digital, social, and production teams within a high-visibility account environment.

  • Drive day-to-day workflow from brief intake to execution; ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Translate client requirements into structured internal direction that enables teams to execute efficiently and accurately.

  • Own project tracking, timelines, follow-ups, and coordination across multiple parallel workstreams.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered with consistency in quality, timing, and attention to detail.

  • Act as a key connector between clients and internal teams; ensuring communication is clear, timely, and solution-oriented.

  • Support senior account leads in maintaining strong account health, momentum, and delivery standards.
     

A Bit About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of how agency workflows operate across creative, production, and digital teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong communication skills; able to keep teams aligned and clients informed with clarity and confidence.

  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for instructions, you keep things moving.

  • Calm under pressure and reliable when priorities shift quickly.

  • Open to handling regulated-category accounts, including alcohol-category clients as part of the portfolio.
