Job SummaryAs the Account Executive for the Hawaiian Islands, you are the connector between exceptional talent and the healthcare organizations that need them most. You’ll lead relationship-building across the islands, drive workforce solutions, and create partnerships that impact local communities for generations. Through a consultative, relationship-driven approach, you’ll expand AMN’s presence, open new opportunities, and strengthen our ties across Hawai‘i’s healthcare ecosystem.
Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do: Island-Focused Business Growth & Relationship LeadershipBuild visibility across Hawai‘i’s healthcare community, becoming a trusted partner and recognizable resource to leaders across hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
Drive new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and understanding the talent needs of each island community.
Act as a workforce consultant, helping clients identify gaps, think strategically, and plan long-term staffing solutions.
Engage in local market presence — associations, business groups, community events, and healthcare partnerships across the islands.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, both remote and face‑to‑face, to uncover new needs.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements that balance client needs with AMN’s premium service offerings.
Manage account health, including receivables, forecasting, and utilization growth.
Stay connected to previously placed providers and clients, strengthening long-term partnerships and fostering repeat business.
