Role overview:  

The purpose of this role is to drive the adoption and effective use of the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service across merchant locations. The role focuses on on‑site training, point‑of‑sale support, and direct engagement with merchants, ensuring that establishments fully understand the DCC solution and actively promote it to their customers.

What you will do:

  • Visit merchant locations on a daily basis to provide training on the use of the DCC service.

  • Explain the benefits of DCC and address questions from merchants and operational staff.

  • Ensure correct implementation of DCC on payment terminals and within payment processes.

  • Monitor merchant performance and report on adoption progress.

  • Collect field feedback and share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

  • Actively promote product acceptance in every merchant interaction.

Who you are:

  • Experience in sales, training, or field‑based commercial roles.

  • Knowledge of payment methods, acquiring, or financial solutions (preferred).

  • Strong clear and persuasive communication skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset and team worker.

  • Ability to work 100% in the field (Bogotá region), with high mobility and availability to travel.

  • Results‑driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving commercial targets.
