Deepdub is building the next generation of Voice OS for AI, and we’re hiring our first dedicated Account Executive to own the sales cycle for our Voice OS Platform. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our BD leadership to convert BDR-sourced pipeline into closed revenue, run discovery and demo calls, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Responsibilities- Discovery & Demo: Run discovery calls to map prospect pain points to Deepdub's Voice OS for AI capabilities: deliver compelling product demos
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, forecasted pipeline in HubSpot: provide accurate weekly commit/upside calls to leadership
- Deal Strategy: Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (product, engineering, procurement, legal) with structured deal plans
- Sales Playbook: Collaborate with BD to build and iterate the Voice OS for AI sales playbook, objection handling, and competitive positioning
- Cross-Functional: Partner with BDRs on account strategy, feed product feedback from prospects, and coordinate with Solutions Engineering on technical validation
- Revenue Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual quota; contribute to the team’s ARR targets
- 3-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally mid-market or enterprise
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role
- Experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3-6 month deal timelines)
- Proficiency with HubSpot - pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity tracking
- Strong discovery and demo skills - can translate technical product capabilities into business value
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite and VP-level buyers
- Self-directed - this is a founding AE role, not a seat on a large team with established playbooks
- Familiarity with AI/ML, speech tech, voice APIs, or media technology
- Willingness to travel for key meetings, trade shows, and prospect visits
- Experience selling to CPaaS, CCaaS, CX/Agent, or telecom buyers
- Background in solution selling
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup (seed to Series B)
- Existing network in the enterprise voice/contact center space
