We are seeking a high-caliber Account Executive to serve as a cornerstone of our Israeli sales organization. This is a foundational role for a strategic "hunter" who thrives in autonomy. You will take ownership of the region, collaborate directly with leadership to architect our sales playbook from the ground up, and drive the revenue that will define our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales funnel, from creative lead generation and qualification to strategic closing and seamless handover.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Drive revenue through a mix of high-energy outbound hunting, targeted networking, and creative outreach within the Israeli startup community.
  • AWS Ecosystem Mastery: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders at AWS (AMs, PSMs, PDMs) to co-sell and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Strategic Trust Building: Conduct high-level conversations with C-level executives and founders, articulating the business and technical value of our AI solutions.
  • Process Evolution: Partner with the Head of Sales to build, test, and scale our sales strategies using methodologies like BANT/MEDDIC.
  • Market Presence: Represent Directeam at industry events to expand our network and drive brand awareness within the startup tech hub.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of total sales experience, including at least 1 year as an SDR/BDR (proven hunting skills) and 2+ years as an Account Executive (closing experience), ideally selling to startups.
  • The "Founding" Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full accountability without needing a "predefined box."
  • Methodology Driven: Experience using sales frameworks (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC) to manage complex cycles and drive deal closures.
  • Communication Mastery: Native Hebrew speaker with excellent interpersonal skills; fluent English is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce). Knowledge of AWS, Cloud, or FinOps is a major plus, but a drive to learn is mandatory.
  • Education: A degree in Business or a Technical field (University/College) is preferred.
