We’re seeking an Account Executive to drive Automat-it business growth in the Israeli territory, ensuring a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the sales process, from prospecting to closing a deal.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute successful targeted territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targets
- Develop and manage all phases of the territory’s business development cycle, including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract details
- Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Automat-it capabilities to the client's business and positioning relative to competitors
- Prospect new customers and communicate with the AWS reps regularly
- Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS
- Regularly attend business events to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-it
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Solutions Architects
- Commitment to regular business travel locally and abroad
- 4+ years of experience in direct IT sales or business development within complex cloud or software environments
- Experience selling IT professional services such as consulting, managed services, or staff augmentation, or SaaS solutions tailored for R&D or DevOps teams
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of professional services to both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling AWS-based solutions
- Familiarity with the Israeli digital native, ISV, and startup ecosystem
- Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executives
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and full professional proficiency in Hebrew
- Strong presentation skills and solid organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Experience with AI-powered sales forecasting and pipeline analysis tools
- AWS cloud certification - an advantage
- Professional training and certifications covered by the company (AWS, FinOps, Kubernetes, etc.)
