We are seeking a candidate who blends a strong sales mindset with the capabilities of a technical advisor. Excellent sales skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will also possess a solid technical background, enabling them to guide prospects independently through the entire sales cycle without requiring additional technical support.
The Cybersecurity Presales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving and managing the pre-sales process across both direct and channel customers. This role requires the ability to clearly communicate the company’s technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences.
The AE must identify and address all relevant technical and business challenges within assigned accounts (for new business) to ensure full customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process, while building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Communicate customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Respond to both functional and technical aspects of RFIs and RFPs
- Deliver high-level and in-depth sales presentations
- Maintain accurate reporting through the company’s CRM system
- Train customers on effective product usage
- Provide both functional and technical support to customers
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce support costs
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events
Qualifications:
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated with strong knowledge of security, compliance and/or monitoring systems and typical business processes.
- Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports.
- 3 years in sales & presales relevant experience.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Must possess an excellent work ethic with a ”make it happen” attitude.
- Knowledge of key technologies and subjects including TCP/IP and networking, Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance/Audit Tools, Cloud Security, Cloud Technologies, Firewalls, Web App Security, Endpoint Detection and Response, and other relevant enterprise security solutions.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies such as DevOps, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc...
- Able to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.
- Excellent English and Arabic, written and oral communication skills.
