THE POSITION 

We’re looking for full time Monday to Friday business hours reps for our B2B sales team in our insurance division. No licensing needed, we sell to insurance professionals not insurance itself. This is an entry level role and our department has proven paths upwards.

**Location:** Denver, office is in LoDo

**Pay:** $24.76 and hour + commission. Year 1 on target earnings is $85,000

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Sales experience is a plus but if you’d had any customer facing positions that usually translates well (service industry is a great example).

• High computer proficiency. You’ll be working with Salesforce and other programs to make sales and need to be quick.

• Willing to learn about a large and complex industry (insurance).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Meet monthly sales and performance goals.  
  • Ability to close transactional sales.  
  • Successfully completing our comprehensive sales representative training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems  
  • Basic phone sales skills.  
  • Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment.  
  • Consistently attain monthly sales goals.  
  • Make outbound telephone calls to follow up on and close business.  
  • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.  
  • Connecting insurance agents, brokers and carriers to active insurance shoppers.
  • Sell leads (that are high converting) as well as insurance call products.
