OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role serves as a primary point-of-contact with our clients to promote WCC’s value and expertise in the origination and servicing of consumer loans. The main objective is to develop and maintain a pipeline of clients that source applicants for our consumer loan products. WCC seeks individuals with good communication skills and the ability to move decision-makers to a positive outcome. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with leadership and individuals throughout the enterprise to drive revenue generation, partnership strategies, and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle business-to-business sales from prospecting through closing.
  • Negotiate Partner Agreements and coordinate Partner’s program launch.
  • Facilitate onboarding and due diligence of Partners with Vendor Management.
  • Manage Partner relationships to promote consistent lead and loan generation.
  • Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize long-term business growth.
  • Promote an environment of cooperation and accountability among all departments of the company.
  • Represent WCC in the marketplace with professionalism and integrity.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and sales skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, vendors and
  • all levels of the enterprise.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with leadership, managers, and employees of Partners.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional personal discipline and time management.
  • Adaptability to new processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Consumer Finance or Lead Generation
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience within the industry or related field

This full-time employment role includes base salary, commission, medical benefits and holidays.

What’s the expected pay for this role? 

  • $50,000 Plus commission
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.

This full-time employment role includes base salary, commission, medical benefits and holidays.
