Infios is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow an established portfolio of existing customers. This role is focused on deepening relationships, expanding solution adoption, and maximizing long-term customer value. You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, helping customers achieve measurable outcomes while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across the Infios solution portfolio.

What a day in the life looks like

  • Own and manage a defined book of existing Infios customers, serving as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals, business priorities, and growth opportunities
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software licenses, services, and hardware within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews to assess performance, align on objectives, and introduce additional solutions
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including operational leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Partner closely with delivery, customer success, presales, and hardware teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Proactively uncover expansion opportunities by understanding customer challenges, initiatives, and future roadmap needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM documentation for assigned accounts

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or Account Executive roles supporting existing enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions; supply chain software experience strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with CRM tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)

Salary range: From $125,000 USD DOE + uncapped commission (final compensation based on experience, performance, and internal equity).
