As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you are the driving force behind Traba - you will fuel the growth of Traba by attacking growth within existing markets and by launching new markets to increase our market reach and ensure the success of our current and future clients. You will work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering in this role, where you will be responsible for wearing multiple hats and working closely with our customers and workers to achieve our objectives. You will learn and experience what it's like to be on the ground floor of building and expanding a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Ownership

  • Own go-to-market performance for a defined market, region, or customer segment, including launching new markets and scaling existing ones.

  • Act as the day-to-day owner of your markets, accountable for pipeline health, customer expansion, and overall market performance.

Customer Partnership

  • Position Traba’s value clearly to operators, earning trust through strong discovery, clear articulation of value, and consistent execution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory, ensuring high-quality onboarding, retention, and expansion.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by gaining a deep understanding of customer operations.

Operational Leadership

  • Support new market launches by helping stand up labor supply, ensuring worker readiness, and staying closely involved during early customer onboarding.

  • Maintain a high bar for operational performance by identifying bottlenecks early and working with internal teams to keep markets running smoothly as volume scales.

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Use market data, customer behavior, and competitive insight to prioritize opportunities, guide GTM strategy, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Translate frontline learnings into actionable recommendations for product, operations, and engineering teams.

  • Build deep expertise in light industrial operations (distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics) and develop a strong understanding of the global supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, working at a startup, business development, or related roles

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes with a “no task too small” mentality

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders.

Salary Range Details

The total compensation (cash + bonus + equity) range for this role is $90,000 - $220,000, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly. We offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.
