After successfully becoming trusted by over 70% of the biggest financial institutions in Scandinavia, we are now expanding into the UK, followed by the rest of Europe.

About the role:

We are on the lookout for a driven Account Executive, who will play a key role in achieving revenue growth across a number of markets. Your focus will be to engage potential clients, build a robust pipeline, and guide prospects through the sales process. Your influence will be critical for Strise to stay ahead with innovative, user-centric products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

Expectations?
  • Above all else you are ready for a challenge. You are expected to run your sales remit like an owner, make decisions, lead with ideas. You are not just slotting into a team; you need to create a new standard in an early-stage technology company where not everything is perfect and has a process. The excuse department is closed.
  • Prospecting and Pipeline Development. Leverage multiple channels and your creativity to target clients within our Ideal Customer Profile. You’ll have access to top-tier tools, ongoing training, and an exceptional demand generation engine to support your efforts.
  • Drive the Sales Process to Close. Lead prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing. Ensuring smooth transitions through each stage while maintaining pipeline momentum.
  • Deal Orchestration. Assess strengths, recognise areas for collaboration, and effectively utilise internal resources to close deals.
We absolutely need:
  • A strong background as an Account Executive within B2B sales, SaaS, or finance with a track record of high-velocity, pipeline building.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, who thrives on finding and closing new business.
  • The ability to think outside the box to identify and engage potential clients and generate new opportunities.
  • Confident, clear, and concise communication skills, that can spark interest and create engagement.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a willingness to adapt and learn, take responsibility, and drive new experiments.
Fantastic to have:
  • Experience using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Experience selling AML / KYC / Compliance products.
  • Experience from working with AML and KYC in industry.
