- Product Expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of our television and digital product offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Articulate the benefits and features of our products, providing clients with a clear understanding of how they can achieve their advertising objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help shape product development and enhance customer experience.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to generate accurate sales forecasts and insights, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance. Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, individual meetings with management and other meetings as needed.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, internally and externally.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record of success in television and/or digital media sales, with a strong understanding of advertising principles and market dynamics is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral English language communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Adept at analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for broadcast and digital media, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry advancements.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently required.
- Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate computer keys and general office equipment (telephone, copier, etc.). Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Average pushing and pulling, bending and stooping. The Company may make reasonable accommodations to facilitate the ability to perform essential job function.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving history as determined by The Company. Driving record will be checked.
