Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to support our sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. We would also love someone who possess a law degree and have experience working in M&A or corporate law (this would be a great addition but not necessary). This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly in the legal or tech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients dealing with tricky business closures.

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule meetings.

  • Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics.

  • Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on our solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product development.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Legal background, law degree, understanding of M&A and corporate law (preferred but not necessary)

  • 4+ years sales experience in SaaS/Startup environment; in Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients.

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required).

  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Compensation: Total package of $130k - $170k including OTE
