About Evertune AI

Evertune AI is a startup technology company that specializes in providing brand analytics and insights, tailored for the AI age. Our technology platform helps advertisers and agencies understand what AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, and Claude are saying about a brand. We also help clients optimize their content strategy for maximum impact. We are a venture capital funded company founded by early employees of The Trade Desk. Our sales and client facing teams are based in the Flatiron area of NYC, in-person 3 days per week.

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Evertune AI’s brand analytics platform. You will be responsible for signing commercial contracts with brands and agencies, and developing and closing both inbound leads and outbound target customers. Following a sale, you will be responsible for retaining and growing the account by working with Evertune's client services team. We are looking for highly consultative self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will report directly to our SVP of Business Development and work closely with our team to understand customer needs, tailor presentations, and close deals. You’ll be working with a cutting-edge AI platform in a super hot, rapidly evolving space (AI search) and will be among the first few members of the Sales team at Evertune, giving you ample opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mid-Market Sales: Focus on selling year-long contracts with an average deal size of $36K annually. Deals currently take 2-4 months to close, but we are hoping to close them in closer to 1-2 months.

  • Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Handle 3-5 product pitches per day. Working with a blend of inbound leads and driving outbound sales efforts to targeted prospects.

  • Consultative Selling: Demonstrate the platform’s value through in-depth product demos. Engage decision-makers (Head of Marketing, Growth, Data Scientists, etc.) in consultative conversations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with SVP of Business Development, founders, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to understand customer needs and drive technical presentations to close deals.

  • Strategic Account Management: Focus on mid-market and enterprise clients to help scale the company’s revenue.

  • Sales Process & Reporting: Track your pipeline, follow up with leads, and provide sales forecasting. Utilize CRM tools for sales pipeline management.

Qualifications
  • 3+ yrs experience in sales (with at least 1-2 years in enterprise SaaS sales).

  • Experience selling AI products, AdTech/MarTech platforms such as search and SEO tools, DSPs, ad servers, CDPs, DMPs, social media platforms, or content management platforms is a huge plus.

  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas (selling to large companies or enterprise-level brands), with strong negotiation skills

  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions—preferably in a space that requires a high degree of technical understanding (e.g., AI, SaaS, digital marketing, or analytics).

  • Comfortable and deep experience presenting product demos to prospective customers

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey the value of technical solutions to diverse stakeholders, from marketing executives to data science teams.

  • Experience with SaaS sales processes: Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce or Hubspot, and skilled at closing deals in a 2-4 month sales cycle.

  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound leads, prioritize sales activities, and hit aggressive targets.

  • High EQ—able to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and respond with the right solutions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and taking initiative with little direction.

  • Ability to work in-office 3x per week in NYC + ability to travel 1-2x per month
