Own and evolve backend systems and cloud infrastructure for an AI discovery platform. Build scalable services in Python and Go, manage IaC (Terraform), containerized deployments (Docker/CI/CD), integrate LLM providers, optimize performance/cost/observability, mentor engineers, and influence long-term backend architecture to support growth.

Lead development of AI-driven marketing products, mentor junior engineers, enhance frontend architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and ship product features across the stack, ensuring seamless API integration and high-quality user experiences while collaborating with product and design teams.

Own day-to-day invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and some AP tasks. Create and revise invoices, manage usage-based billing, upload to customer portals, apply payments, track AR status, communicate with customers to resolve disputes, and pull AR/collections reports. Support senior AI Success Managers servicing enterprise brand and agency accounts by onboarding clients, educating them on AI/SEO platform insights, preparing reports and recommendations, managing day-to-day client communications, tracking account health and renewals, using AI tools to increase efficiency, and collaborating with product and engineering to improve processes.

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, focusing on prospecting, demos, and closing new clients while managing both inbound and outbound opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
