What you’ll do:
- Build and own your pipeline end-to-end, creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, ecosystem partnerships (agencies, Shopify), events, and your UK eCommerce network, from first outreach to contract signature.
- Run discovery-led conversations that uncover real commercial challenges — not just surface-level requirements.
- Deliver tailored product demos that clearly show how clearer.io apps improve conversion, trust, and customer experience.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, marketers, and eCommerce leaders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer teams to create a smooth, joined-up experience for customers.
- Keep your pipeline organised, visible, and accurately forecasted.
- Represent clearer.io confidently at events, meetings, and within the wider Shopify ecosystem.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, within eCommerce, or the Shopify ecosystem.
- An experienced sales professional with an existing UK-based network, including eCommerce brands, agencies, or technology partners.
- Strong experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, such as selling to Shopify merchants, working with Shopify-focused agencies, or selling Shopify-integrated SaaS solutions.
- A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- A consultative, customer-first sales approach — you ask great questions and listen carefully.
- Confidence running discovery calls, product demos, and commercial discussions.
- Clear, human communication style — able to explain value without jargon.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable owning your territory.
