Some of the fastest growing startups today already run on Warp. We are growing quickly, and are on track to be processing $1BN in payroll transactions annually by end of 2025. In this next phase, we have some amazing infra, engineering, product, and GTM opportunities ahead of us this year, and we are looking for exceptional members to join us for this adventure.

We are hiring an account executive who will directly work within the sales team. You will be the point of contact for founders looking to use Warp and are responsible for conducting product demos, following up with them, and ensuring they receive the best resources to make an informed decision about using Warp.

• Conduct demos for founders interested in using Warp

• Find founders who are interested in setting up payroll

• Follow up, close, and hand off customers to the customer success team

• Maintain and log all sales touch points within Hubspot

We don’t care what school you went and what you majored in. What we care about is how driven you are to succeed in this role.

• Ability to speak credibly to startup founders

• High level of comfort with sales tools and processes

• Experience selling over Zoom

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes

• Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis

• Experience in startup / smb sales

• Experience at a startup

On Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000 Equity: 0.15% - 0.25%
