Job Description

Are you a fearless hunter, passionate about closing big deals in the messaging space? Do you thrive on selling to ISVs and platforms that power the next generation of business solutions? If so, this is your opportunity to drive growth, win top-tier platform customers, and play a key role in our success.

As an Account Executive on our Engagement Platforms Squad, you’ll own the sales strategy for landing and expanding high-value platform customers. You’ll target Tier-1 ISVs and platform companies, introducing them to our industry-leading communication solutions and helping them enhance their offerings.

What will you do at Infobip? 

  • Hunt & Close: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential ISVs and platforms into long-term customers.

  • Strategic Selling: Leverage your deep understanding of the messaging industry to position our solutions as must-have tools for your prospects.

  • Develop High-Value Accounts: Identify use cases where Infobip’s messaging capabilities create game-changing value for platform businesses.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to drive new business.

  • Sales Excellence: Utilize Salesforce to prospect, forecast, allocate resources, and execute a winning sales strategy.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Solutions Engineers to craft compelling solution proposals.

  • Seamless Handoffs: Secure new accounts and transition them smoothly to Customer Growth Executives for continued expansion.

  • Crush Your Targets: Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual goals for lead conversion, revenue, and gross profit.

  • Be a Team Player: Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance, winning culture.

More about you:

  • You’re a born hunter – you thrive on outbound prospecting and closing net-new business.

  • You understand ISVs and platforms – you know how they work, sell, and integrate communication capabilities.

  • You sell with strategy – you take a consultative approach and can articulate business value, not just features.

  • You have a track record of overachievement – consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.

  • You embrace competition – staying ahead of industry trends and positioning our solutions as the best in the market.

  • Proven work ethic, personal accountability, adaptability to change, strong organization skills, and critical thinking are all assets candidates will need to demonstrate to be successful in this role.

  • The right candidate will eagerly pursue opportunities to upsell existing customers as well as target and close net new accounts ranging anywhere from $10,000 MRR to $200,000 MRR.

Your Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of applicable sales experience, including 3 years of solution sales (CPaaS sale experience is a must, and SaaS sales experience is a plus)

  • Successful sales track record - commission earnings

  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.

  • Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.

  • CXO level influencer.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.

  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

  • Previous management experience is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $120,000 to $135,000 annually (the salary of the selected candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, experience, education, skillset, and internal equity). This position is also eligible for commissions. If targets are met, variable compensation may be paid out quarterly (based on company discretion) in addition to earning an annual base salary.

Way of Work: While we prefer to hire near our regional office/s in Chicago, Seattle, or Jersey City for hybrid/onsite work, we are open to candidates who desire the ability to work remotely and will accept applications from those who reside in locations across the U.S.
