About The Role:
As an Account Executive at Perchwell, you will be responsible for both acquiring new brokerage customers in net-new territories and nurturing existing accounts to maximize growth opportunities. This dynamic role requires you to build from the ground up - establishing sales processes, creating playbooks, and defining best practices while driving revenue.
You'll own the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and targeted outreach to delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently expand the customer base and exceed sales targets through relentless pipeline development and hunter-style account acquisition.

Location: We value in-person collaboration and are looking for someone who will be based out of our NYC office in SoHo 5 days/week. This role will include travel to Southern California on at least a quarterly basis.
What You'll Do:
Own the Full Sales Cycle – Drive end-to-end sales performance from initial prospecting and targeted outreach to delivering compelling product demonstrations, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
Exceed Sales Targets – Strategically manage your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and contribute to the company's market growth
Develop Sales Strategies – Contribute to and implement innovative sales approaches as a key member of the sales team, continuously refining our go-to-market methodology
Bridge Customer Insights – Serve as a critical connector between customer needs and product development, providing actionable feedback to help shape product strategy and drive solution adoption
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that effectively engage and support target customers
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in scaling B2B environments
Proven ability to build sales processes from scratch in early-stage companies
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Someone who operates with high ownership & independence – Highly autonomous, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth without needing heavy guidance
An expert in outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and product demonstrations
Driven to win, with a passion for exceeding targets and pushing boundaries
Professional presence and executive-level communication skills
Bonus Points if You Have Experience with the Following:
Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and the daily workflow and challenges brokers and agents face
Excited about solving problems for real estate customers
Salary Information:
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge, and depth of work experience.
The pay for this full-time position based in New York is $75,000-$150,000/year with a base salary of $75,000 and variable compensation to $150,000, subject to personal performance and company performance. Strong-range overperformance potential is based on sales compensation plans and accelerators. This position also includes equity + benefits.
