What You'll Do:
- Design and execute strategic sales plans focused on growth and relationship-building.
- Own the sales process—from prospecting to close—for enterprise-level clients in your region.
- Achieve (and celebrate!) revenue targets through thoughtful, value-based selling.
- Stay ahead of trends by learning about the latest product updates and market insights.
- Represent Perforce at events and conferences, sharing our story and showcasing our solutions.
- Communicate customer needs to internal teams to help shape future products and innovations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams & partners to support and expand existing client relationships.
- Coach and support team members in transforming our customers—because we rise by lifting others.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- A track record of exceeding goals in enterprise sales, particularly in the Australia and New Zealand markets. A knowledge of financial services or government is preferred.
- Experience working with partners (SIs, VARs, Alliance partners) to deliver tailored solutions.
- 5+ years of success in technology-focused enterprise sales.
- A collaborative, curious, and inclusive mindset.
- A passion for problem-solving and building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
