In order to continue our growth, we are seeking an Account Executive! By joining our team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, startup environment. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable achieving quarterly quotas, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and referability among Neostella clients
  • Look for ways to actively grow new business from existing clients
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Achieve sales targets for new business from existing clients
  • Create proposals for clients and statements of work with delivery for new business
  • Work with clients to secure customer testimonials and case studies
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Sales and/or Account Management
  • Experience in a technical solution field selling software and professional services preferred
  • Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting goals
  • Strong team player skillset, communication, negotiation, and listening skills
