Compensation: This role's overall total compensation is a combination of base salary and commission. On Target Earnings for this role is $105,000K +
The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to work with our Director, Revenue Operations to accelerate our growth in the Orange County area. As our first business development hire in the California, this person will be instrumental in establishing, building and nurturing relationships with prospects across Orange County and surrounding areas
Key Accountabilities: 

  • You will be responsible for delivering a Category of One experience to our prospects by owning the full sales cycle for your assigned territory
  •  Generating leads through a variety of methods from online research, networking, industry events and leveraging existing contacts.
  •  Building relationships with prospects, industry professionals and other stakeholders to foster business growth.
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our service and product offering.
  • Developing and delivering presentations to prospects that communicates our value proposition and how it aligns to their business needs.
  •  Managing your pipeline in our CRM including ensuring all information is up-to-date.

Qualifications & Experience 

The successful candidate will be: 

  • Entrepreneurial in their mindset and able to grow a territory from the ground up 
  • A confident self-starter, who is able to see the big picture then take initiative 
  • A proactive hands-on sales leader, that will roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • A creative collaborator who will actively engage other teams to develop innovative solutions 
  • A strategic thinker who can maintain a positive attitude and outlook that adds to our already thriving positive culture 
  • An excellent communicator with a capability to manage and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Committed to developing and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships with all levels in the organization 
  • Legally able to work in the United States of America

The successful candidate will have: 

  • 3-5 years experience selling solutions related to technology to C-suite/Business Owners
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • An Undergraduate degree or diploma, with preference for Sales and Marketing specialization
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport and free to travel internationally 
  • Clean driving record and ability to produce a drivers abstract and claims history letter

In addition to qualifications above, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:

  • Experience using Autotask ticketing system and CRM
