What you’ll work on

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, with a focus on body-worn video technology. You will focus on expanding our customer base with new business sales. This role will require a strong background in SaaS sales, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers are receiving the best solutions to meet their business needs.


Day to Day

  • Sales Growth: Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities, both with new prospects and existing clients, to drive revenue growth
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges, objectives, and goals to offer tailored SaaS solutions that optimise their operations, enhance security, and drive efficiency
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment on client needs and to support product adoption
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and technical support teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and implementation of our solutions
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on pipeline status, key wins, and challenges

About You

  • Proven Sales Track Record: You have a successful history in SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed new business targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for helping clients succeed and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
