Your Role:
- Prepare a full set of accounts, including management accounts, ensuring completion within the HQ deadline (5th working day of the month).
- Manage account receivables and payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Process staff claims in compliance with company policies.
- Handle intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
- Assist in preparing for statutory audits and tax filings.
- Support the Finance Manager in improving reporting quality and strengthening internal control systems.
- Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
- Liaise and closely work together with internal departments.
Your Profile:
- Minimum Education: Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Experience with Autocount ERP system is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent skills in task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy.
- Good sense of urgency.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skill and capability of problem-solving and team working.
