Job Description

As an Account Executive at Freshworks, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth
by acquiring new business. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting to new
contacts and companies, introducing them to the substantial benefits that Freshworks can
bring to their operations. While you will have the support of a dedicated BDR team and
active marketing initiatives, you will be expected to take ownership of your strategy, build
your own pipeline, and consistently exceed your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business
opportunities.
● Develop and execute against a territory plan to achieve and surpass revenue
targets.
● Create and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
● Present and communicate the value of Freshworks’s solutions effectively to a wide
range of stakeholders, from CXOs to technical and operational staff.
● Collaborate with the BDR team and leverage marketing activities to enhance your
prospecting efforts.
● Demonstrate a high-performance sales culture by consistently delivering results
against quotas.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

● A self-starter with a GROWTH MINDSET and a strong willingness to learn and adapt, SaaS sales experience of min. 8 years in the region

● A proven track record of finding and onboarding new clients.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● A can-do attitude with the drive to exceed expectations.
