Account Executive

Choozle is looking for an Account Executive to build out and grow a TBD market. The ideal candidate will have a positive and coachable attitude, an excitement to meet new people, drive to prospect and set meetings, and a history of hitting sales goals. The Account Executive will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revenue and cultural success of this fast-growing company.

SALARY $65,000-$88,000 (50/50 Base to Commission Split) OTE potential $142,000 to $176,000

LOCATION Candidates would ideally be located in the following, NorthEast (NYC, PA, NJ, New England, & SouthWest (SoCal, AZ, NM, TX)
Must be located and authorized to work in the US. We do not currently offer sponsorships. 

WHO YOU ARE

• Programmatic and/or digital experience
• Possess a passion for, and demonstrated success not only for selling but also for the sales process from prospecting and negotiating to closing new clients and bringing in new revenue
• Proven experience in sales and/or account management roles within the digital advertising ecosystem
• Ability to strategically build out new markets and prioritize high value opportunities that will have the greatest revenue impact
• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
• Solid organizational, communication, and presentation skills 
• Expert negotiator and adept at overcoming objections
• Desire to be a visible and valuable team member and take pride in anticipating and meeting the needs of clients
• Experience selling digital advertising products to national and regionally focused prospect accounts
• Enjoys utilizing various outreach tactics including phone, email, social, etc

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION

• Manage the entire sales cycle; from prospecting new clients and selling programmatic digital advertising products to closing new business in your assigned region
• Produce and execute on quarterly market strategy plans to ensure all revenue and activity goals are achieved throughout the year 
• Create effective outreach strategy in order to meet and exceed activity and revenue goals
• Present to a variety of key decision makers of various levels both at agencies and brands, from media planners to VPs and C-level executives
• Attend networking events and frequently entertain prospects and clients
• Travel as necessary to markets to elevate Choozle’s presence, support current clients, and close new business
• Utilize Sales tools to track and manage your business including or similar to: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others 

• Manage your territory and build your book of business
