About the role and how you’ll make an impact:
Your #1 responsibility as an Account Executive is to close deals with new customers. We are dedicated to placing you strategically with the right team where you can excel based on your background and experience.
Your day will be spent meeting with prospective customers in the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industry through phone, emails, and videos to demonstrate the benefits of Jolt for their specific business. You will be responsible to replenish your pipeline through your own prospecting efforts, and follow through with inbound leads set up by our Sales Development Representatives. Your skills in lead generation, follow-up, asking probing questions, and closing will enable you to succeed and thrive here at Jolt. You'll love working with our down to earth customers in a highly resilient industry! Some of your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Strategically pursue brands within your geographical territory. You will work to understand their challenges, goals, and buying process and leverage it to become familiar with their operations, decision-makers, and methods of doing business.
- Hunt for opportunities where Jolt will be a great fit, and work to expand Jolt following successful proofs of concept. In all prospecting efforts, you will prioritize opportunities with the highest ROI and best fit.
- Attend customer trade shows, presentation meetings at HQ, regional meetings, and other brand events where relationships can be built.
- Relay feedback from customers to engineering and other functional areas in an accurate and timely manner so they can prioritize the right tasks.
- Become an expert of the Jolt platform to convey its true value with customers.
Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $65,000 with AE Leveling up opportunities!
- OTE $125,000-140,000 with uncapped commissions and accelerator opportunities
Qualifications
- AE experience, preferably in the SAAS environment.
- Must be able to work on site M-F in Lehi
- Industry knowledge working with or in the following industries: Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Retail is a plus
- Experience as an SDR/BDR in the SAAS environment is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
