RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Customer Service, Account Executive will assist in executing specific client support-related activities including the delivery of reporting to our clients and/or client-focused data support.
- The focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes.
- Is mainly responsible for managing relationships with assigned and prospective Retailer clients, developing insights, recommendations and proposals that help their clients’ succeed, achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction.
- Develop deep industry knowledge related to clients’ businesses, understanding strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by key market players.
- Develop a high level of visibility with key client contacts ensuring regular updating of clients’ needs.
- Present data analysis files to customers.
- Coordinating and communicating with internal teams.
- Take an active role in global internal projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (preferably in Statistical, Mathematical or any other relevant field)
- Minimum 1,5 years of experience (Preferably in Market Research/ Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing)
- Interest in the commercial industry
- FMCG sector experience/knowledge is an asset
- Good presentation and negotiation skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
- Ability to deliver high-performing client servicing
- Analytical mind coupled with interpersonal skills - Computer-literate
- Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
- Ability to work within a virtual environment
- Ability to bring added value in teamwork
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Based in Istanbul
