About the roleAs an Account Executive at Aceve Norway, you own Aceve’s commercial relationships across Norway. The role covers both sides of the business: winning new customers and building strong, lasting relationships with the customers Aceve already has.
You know how the wholesale and trade channel operates commercially, and you bring an existing network in the market. The role will be base in our Oslo office, but you will work closely with Simon Uldall, our Commercial Director, KlarPris.
Own commercial relationships with wholesalers, suppliers, and manufacturers serving the plumbing and electrical trades across Norway – spanning both new accounts and Aceve’s existing customers.
Identify and close new business within the wholesale and trade channel, while maintaining and growing the partnerships already in place.
Use your existing network in the electrical and plumbing supply market to open doors, build trust quickly, and represent Aceve.
Act as the day-to-day commercial point of contact for your accounts, owning the full cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to long-term relationship management.
10–15+ years of commercial or sales experience, ideally as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar senior commercial role.
A track record that blends hunting (new business) and farming (account growth and retention) – you’re equally comfortable opening new doors and deepening existing relationships.
Experience in, or strong familiarity with, the plumbing or electrical wholesale/trade market in Norway – as a wholesaler, supplier, manufacturer, or tradesperson yourself.
A genuine understanding of how this business operates commercially, and the seniority and credibility to work with senior counterparts.
Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken – all customer-facing communication happens in Norwegian – plus working proficiency in English.
