Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Account Executive to lead new business acquisition within our “land and expand” growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing net-new accounts across Kaseya’s suite of IT and security solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding our customer base while consistently delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new customer opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Engage and influence executive-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs, articulating clear business value and ROI.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
  • Leverage multi-channel prospecting strategies (phone, email, social, and video) to generate pipeline and nurture relationships.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale transition and follow-up.
  • Participate in strategic sales campaigns and initiatives to drive additional pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a hunter-style, new business sales role within SaaS, IT, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and high degree of accountability.
